SHIPPING / DELIVERY

 

South Africa

R60 Cape Town only - Cape Town City and surrounds 

R99 Cape Town Regional -  Hermanus, Worcester,Wellington, Paarl, Malmesbury, Caledon, Franschhoek

R99 SA main centers - Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, East London, Port Elizabeth, George

R150 SA outer lying - Cities/towns not listed above

We use a National courier service with tracking number delivered straight to your door/workplace. [Our couriers cannot deliver to a PO address]

If a workplace address - the courier delivers to the reception area - please make sure the reception knows you are expecting a package.

We use The Courier Guy, a reputable and trustworthy courier service with tracking and on time delivery.

Delivery time:

Cape Town 1-2 working days

Main centers: 2-3 working days

Outer lying 3-4 working days

International 

International shipping is serviced through the South African post office with tracking number.

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours after receiving payment. 

Delivery: 7-10 working days [US and Europe main centers] 

Please note: There may be delays in delivery if there is a strike, or adverse weather conditions in US and Europe.

REFUND/EXCHANGE

Our products are made with love and care and goes through strict quality control, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your item you may return it, provided that its unworn and in original packaging within 7 days. Return shipping will be for your account and refunds/exchanges will only be processed once item/s have been received and inspected. Please email us to arrange. No refund/exchange on sale items.

Note: Items bought at any of our stockists - these items will have to be exchanged directly with the relevant store.

Gifting: The same terms above apply to any items received as gifts


 

WASH AND CARE

Our cotton prints are delicate fabrics, prolong the life of your product by following the wash/care instructions:  30 deg cool wash, do not tumble dry, warm iron on reverse. Screen printed items: 30 deg cool wash, do not tumble dry, cool iron on reverse/inside.
